Nikhita brings a strong background in project and programme delivery across regulated and multi-stakeholder environments. Previously a Senior Project & Programme Delivery Manager, she has a proven track record of directing global projects, supporting strategic planning and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives through to completion across commercial, operational and learning and development settings.
She joined the Definia team in August 2026 as an Engagement Manager, bringing both the technical grounding and the stakeholder credibility the role demands.
Outside of work, you'll find Nikhita enjoying long walks with her dogs or spending time with family.
