Mujahid Ali

Mujahid joined Definia in October 2026, bringing experience in commercials, strategy, PMO, change and delivery, built entirely from the ground up. Starting as an apprentice at PwC at age 19 and working his way through to Senior Consultant, he developed a sharp eye for the nuances that sit beneath an organisation’s surface: what’s working, what isn’t and how to close the gap.

At Definia, Mujahid works closely with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve challenges and ensure programmes stay aligned with business objectives. He’s particularly focused on making sure change is felt where it matters most at the operational level, not just in the boardroom.

Outside of work, Mujahid runs his own mentorship programme helping students secure degree apprenticeship offers in financial services. To date, he’s supported over 50 students, with around 46 offers received, working in partnership with organisations including UpTree, Young Professionals, UCAS and Future Leaders UK.
