A leading organisation needed to quickly stand up a cyber improvement programme to address critical security transformation priorities.
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) required more than a group of individual contractors — they needed a delivery partner who could take full accountability for mobilisation, delivery and the transition to a permanent BAU team, all whilst mitigating IR35 risks.
