Beata joined Definia in March 2026, bringing a strong background in contracts, governance and international compliance. She has a keen eye for detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach — ensuring the processes and frameworks that underpin great delivery are robust, well-managed and fit for purpose.

Over the course of her career, Beata has supported teams operating across complex, cross-functional environments, helping to keep documentation, regulatory requirements and operational processes running smoothly. She's passionate about legal and regulatory frameworks and continues to develop her expertise in this space, bringing rigour and care to everything she works on.

Outside of work, Beata stays active at the gym and loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures. When she's not on the move, you'll likely find her with her nose in a book.
