Debra joined Definia in June 2026, bringing over 20 years of experience delivering complex projects and programmes across a wide range of industries and client environments. She has worked across the full project lifecycle, managing everything from software upgrades and system migrations to governance frameworks and office relocations, and is equally comfortable with Waterfall and Agile approaches depending on what the situation demands.

Known for her practical, people-first approach, Debra has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and managing stakeholders at every level. Her work on a major customer migration programme for a leading utility company earned her a Partnership of the Year Award, recognition that speaks to both the quality of her delivery and the relationships she builds along the way. She joins us fresh from a period of travel, bringing renewed energy and perspective to her role as Engagement Manager.
