Jamie Leven

Jamie joined Definia as Head of Delivery in March 2026, bringing a strong track record of delivering complex digital and transformation programmes from first brief to final go-live. Equally at home with structured delivery frameworks and fast-moving agile environments, he's experienced in blending both to get the best results.

Over the course of his career, Jamie has worked with a wide range of businesses across consulting and retail, guiding them through large-scale digital transformation and helping teams make the shift from project to product thinking. He's passionate about keeping delivery grounded in real business value, working closely with stakeholders at every level to ensure programmes stay on track and genuinely aligned to the outcomes that matter.

Outside of work, Jamie loves spending time with his daughter and keeps himself busy with anything sport and fitness related (golf is currently his game of choice).
