Introducing our new Senior Consultant, Bronte Hough

We’re delighted to welcome Bronte Hough as the newest member of the Definia team. As a Senior Consultant, Bronte brings a wealth of experience helping organisations adapt and evolve to meet the demands of their changing workforce.
To get to know her better, Marketing Manager Alice Hankin sat down with Bronte to learn more about her background, her views on business transformation, and what she’s most looking forward to in this new role at Definia.
Welcome to Definia! Can you tell us more about yourself and your professional background?
I’m originally from Melbourne, but I moved to the UK in June 2025 and spent a few months travelling around Europe before joining Definia in September.
Before making the move, I spent four years at one of the Big Four consultancies in the Human Capital practice. My focus was on organisational design, HR transformation, operating model development and change management — essentially helping organisations reshape themselves to meet evolving workforce needs. Now I’m excited to bring that experience to Definia and explore what the UK market has to offer.
What will you be doing in your new role at Definia, and how will you be helping clients?
I’ll be building out the catalogue of products and services Definia offers, and helping clients leverage the best of Definia’s Associate network. It’s about connecting the right expertise to the right challenges and ensuring our clients have access to the solutions that will make a real difference.
In your view, what are the biggest challenges facing businesses today when it comes to change and transformation?
The biggest challenge is making sure change is people-centric and getting genuine buy-in from those affected. With the introduction of AI and rapid tech advancements, there’s a real risk that organisations lose sight of the power of people in the transformation process. Technology is an enabler, but it’s the people who make change stick. If you don’t bring them along on the journey, even the best strategy will struggle to deliver!
What are you most looking forward to in this new role at Definia?
I’m really excited about exploring the UK market and understanding where Definia sits within it. Coming from a Big Four background, there’s something energising about shaping and growing a newer, emerging brand. There’s more agility, more opportunity to make an impact, and I’m really looking forward to being part of that journey.
