Diversity & Inclusion
At Investigo we place diversity, equality and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. Our approach is driven from our CEO and senior management team right through to all our people and across our networks. We work hard to ensure that our culture remains inclusive to everyone that we work with – our people, our clients and our candidates.
Our own diversity, equality and inclusion journey started back in 2016. Since then, we have made great steps in our internal approach, as well as bringing the topic to the forefront of our client education programme.
“Turning the dial both internally and externally.”
There are direct parallels in our internal and external strategy and it’s essential to practice what we preach in order to drive success.
We are committed to supporting our staff and customers in identifying the best talent with inclusion in mind, whilst driving long term change across the diverse markets in which we operate.
ATTRACTION: How we look to support our clients with short term hiring goals.
FACILITATION: Providing the platform for groups to share experiences and successes.
EVOLUTION: Giving the tools to turn the dial on culture longer term.
Our approach to D&I is based on four main pillars. Each is overseen by a dedicated expert panel, sponsored by our People and Culture Director and our senior management team:
- Disability and neurodiversity
- Gender equality
- Investigo Pride
- Race and religion
We invite all our employees to consider if their DEI focus and support is more in line with our internal or external strategies, as well as the expert panel they wish to work with most closely. They are supported by the DEI leads with the following framework:
- Quarterly focus to enable their creative juices to flow through a formalised vision, ensuring less time on planning and the opportunity to reflect on achievements.
- Impactful and accountable contribution aligned to their area of passion, with the opportunity to genuinely make a difference.
- Encouraging safe spaces for every individual to feel like they belong and their contribution will be heard.
Hosted by leading experts in the field of D&I, our regular roundtable events allow our colleagues, candidates, clients and partners to engage in useful dialogue and share experiences and insights:
Featuring perspectives from Investigo staff and partners from across our network, our regular insight reports offer practical tips and advice for organisations looking to make real change:
