When a leading global ice cream brand initiated the process of de-merging from its parent organisation — one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies — it formed a dedicated Establishment team to guide all business functions through the transition and build a new operating model for the independent company.
A key challenge was capacity and expertise. The team faced significant gaps across several critical areas, and specifically required the capability to establish payroll services across multiple regions and markets.

- Risk and issue management — Resolving escalated market risks and issues, including vendor performance concerns across the region
- Market business requirements gathering — Supporting the capture of market-specific calculation requirements
- End-to-end process mapping — Supporting end-to-end process mapping and maintaining employee records throughout the transition
- Best practice guidance — Providing templates and best practice guidance to local payroll teams for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation
