In the world of organisational transformation, finding quick wins is essential for creating momentum, inspiring teams, and delivering value early in the process. 2024 has been an incredibly busy year across Definia, so as we end Q3 and look ahead to Q4 and beyond into 2025, we thought we’d take stock and reflect on a key agenda item for many of our customers today – drivers for digital transformation and, more specifically, finance and ERP transformation.
