Bharat Miangar

Bharat joined Definia in December 2025, bringing expertise in project, programme and portfolio management with a strong track record in client-facing delivery across retail, outsourcing, insurance and automotive sectors.

Before joining Definia, Bharat spent three years working at one of Definia's automotive clients, where he delivered e-commerce, CRM, case management, diagnostics and telematics solutions. His experience spans service management and business-side engagement, giving him a deep understanding of transformation from both the consultancy and client perspective. Impressed by Definia's approach, he decided to join the team himself.

Outside of work, you'll find Bharat keeping fit through hiking, cycling and racket sports – he's currently training for a trek to Annapurna in the Himalayas. He's also a percussion musician in Garden City Samba, a Brazilian and Cuban samba group in Letchworth, and serves as chairman of a charity providing counselling and wellbeing support in the community.
