Bronte Hough

Bronte joined Definia in September 2025, bringing global expertise in organisational transformation and people change. Originally from Melbourne, she made the move to the UK in June and spent a few months exploring Europe before settling into London life (and trading her summer December birthdays for the British winter version).

Before joining Definia, Bronte spent four years at one of the Big Four consultancies as a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practice. She specialised in organisational design, HR transformation, operating model development and change management, helping organisations adapt and evolve to meet the demands of their changing workforce.

Outside of work, you'll find Bronte on the field hockey pitch with Wapping Hockey Club or exploring the vibrant food and drink scene in East London, where she's based. She's still getting to know the neighbourhood, one pub at a time — so if you have any recommendations, she'd love to hear them!
