Lucy Farnam

Lucy joined Definia in September 2025, bringing extensive experience in IT service delivery, project management and business transformation. Throughout her career, she's led complex programmes across ERP, ServiceNow, cloud migrations and organisational change initiatives, spanning diverse sectors including housing associations, education, not-for-profits, utilities, finance and legal.

Lucy has developed a reputation for cutting through complexity and delivering clear outcomes. She describes herself as very straightforward, with simplicity as her hallmark in everything, not just work. She's a firm believer that simple and real beats clever, focusing on practical solutions that make change simpler, faster and more sustainable for clients.

Outside of work, Lucy is a mum of two who loves to read, especially Greek mythology retellings and fantasy books. She also enjoys films, particularly rewatching the Batman series — proving that the classics are worth revisiting again and again.
