Natalie became director of C-suite engagement for The IN Group in July 2023 after spending 18 months as director of InX, our executive search and interim management business. For over two decades, Natalie has connected senior technology and digital leaders with all types of organisations, from high-growth startups to global super-brands.

There are few people who know the tech market like Nat. Regularly organising and participating in panel events, she’s a highly respected thought leader and relationship builder in the tech leadership community, who’s provided many an insight to help a CIO shape their team for the future.

A woman of many talents, Nat loves an audience. She was once on ‘80s/early ‘90s breakfast TV show Wacaday doing impressions of Margaret Thatcher, Richard Attenborough, Prince Charles (he was a prince then), Gladys Pugh and Dave Edna Everage.
