Joining Investigo, The IN Group’s recruitment brand, in March 2014, Terry spent nine years building its technology and transformation business into one of the leading tech recruitment teams in the market. He became group solutions director for The IN Group in July 2023, with responsibility for strengthening our group proposition so we’re our clients’ talent partner of choice, no matter their challenge.

During 16 years in technology and transformation recruitment and consulting, Terry’s built high performing teams who deliver innovative solutions for clients across the UK and Europe, with a focus on business transformation underpinned by technology change. With deep expertise in ERP transformation and extensive experience of deploying work package and managed service solutions for his clients, Terry’s highly respected in the tech market.

Away from the world of Definia, Terry’s a keen lover of motorsport and when he’s not trackside, he likes to escape from the rigours of everyday life with a bit of gardening.
